All things we've heard word for word in coversations this year. And this is just scratching the surface. We've spent months chatting with our community and a couple themes started to feel like they were echoing each week.
Trust feels like it's at an all time low.
What's working to market your business feels like a moving target.
Finding community feels like it's impossible.
Taking time to learn something new feels like it's never a priority.
Translating advice to be specific to my business feels like a lot of work.

Introducing The Breakroom
If it takes a village to raise a child... why are we all trying to raise our businesses on our own?
We all make the same mistakes, we all stuggle with similar things, and we all burnout in parallel while pretending it's all fine (you know the adventure time gif).
What if... hear me out... instead, we routinely spent time learning both together and from each other so that we don't have to repeat the same mistakes?
That's what The Breakroom is; we're calling it a place for on the ground reporting for what's working for creative service providers today.
Each week we've scheduled one educational thing (rotating weekly: hot seat coaching, masterclass, biz book club, co-working) and one peer mastermind that happens Live, with recordings & summaries in the (active) online community for anyone who can't make it to the live calls.
Yea, that feels like a lot of commitment - honestly it is, but also...it isn't really.
How many courses have you bought that you didn't finish because you "got busy"? How many times have you said you want to spend more time working "on" your business not "in" it? How much more impactful is your time when you're in the right room rather than the wrong one?
The Breakroom is set up so that you can have options for frequent touchpoints that keep you learning and your business growing & accountable.
